- Account or billing: include the email you signed up with so we can find you. Cancellations and refunds are usually sorted within a working day.
- Bug reports: a screenshot, the rough area on the map, and what browser you're using will save us both some back-and-forth.
- Feature ideas: very welcome. We can't promise everything makes it in, but we read every one.
- Press, partnerships, data questions: same inbox. Flag the topic in the subject line.
Response time
Most messages get a reply within one or two working days. We don't run a 24/7 support desk. If you write at the weekend, we'll see it on Monday.
Postal address
Edgelands is operated by Guardline Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13323382). For anything that genuinely needs paper (it usually doesn't), email us first and we'll point you at the right address.
